Vijay Tadepalli, AVP and UXM Head, Satyam ----- even he doesnt have powers the slow-and-pathetic hiring system at Satyam.

A special mention about Vijay Tadepalli, he is one of them who tops the list of being the most egoistic. I will soon post some the emails exchanged by us. He is some VP for some division. No clue what! But he dint hide anything about ego, though he himself though a VP is not able to change pathetic HR system there at Satyam.

Below is what is the content of the same mail.
I got this email on March 21st, 2007.
After handing me the offer letter. They have offer me the job.
The reasons are that they have just high ego that they wont not even respond with honesty.

Kindly review the attached documents and send across your acceptance to our offer. You can take a print out of these documents, sign on all pages and fax it to me on Fax No. 973-753-2709.

Once we receive your acceptance letter, we will set up an orientation call over a telecon.

Please be in touch with Mr. Vijay_Tadepalli (Vijay_Tadepalli@satyam.com) for your joining formalities at the client site.

Kindly ensure to fill up the attached I-9 Form on your first day of employment with Satyam and send by POST to the below mentioned office address to the Immigration team, along with required supporting documents.
